Thank'ee, sire. Do I notice a wry smile on the baby's face?
"We're conceived in irony. We float in it from the womb. It's the amniotic fluid. It's the silver sea. It's the waters at their priestlike task washing away guilt and purpose and responsibility. Joking but not joking. Caring but not caring. Serious but not serious."

Wow! Awesome! Despite the many adventuresome paths I've walked in my life, this has not been one of them; it's always seemed WAY too scary. The very best of luck to you and Lei in your new adventure!
Oh Hobbes - wonderful news. There's nothing quite like seeing that first ultrasound pic... although by the time you get to the third or fourth, when the baby's skeleton is more prominent, your wife may feel like she's an archaeological dig waiting to happen... I know I did ;)
I can't wait til my 4-month old is old enough for his first cup of tea :)
The question occurred to me; will you purchase a tong of something in the year of the baby's birth, to set aside, maybe drink at birthdays when he/she is old enough? And if so, what will you buy?
Raising a cup of the '98 Menghai Peacock Tuo you so generously gifted me several years back, in honor of the new little one.
